The effect of double eccentricity enables the butterfly plate to be released from the valve seat immediately after the valve is opened, which greatly eliminates unnecessary excessive extrusion and scratching between the butterfly plate and the valve seat, reduces the opening resistance, reduces wear and improves The life of the valve seat is improved.
The valve usually needs a pin to fix the plate and shaft, but for some severe working conditions and substitutes to save costs, we will also adopt a large number of pin free designs. As shown in the figure, there is one kind of pin free, hexagonal pin free, which is also the most common one at present. Of course, there are other forms of pin free, such as square pin free, flat square, etc.
